If you are using SocialBooth and find that your Sinfonia printer is printing the same image non-stop, follow the steps below:
- Go into the 'layouts' tab and click 'clear preset printer prefs' on the upper right.
- Go into the 'general' tab and click 'defaults' on the far right. Click 'OK' to reset the program to default settings.
- Rebuild your event as it was and see how the prints come out and if the non-stop printing has stopped.
- In the future, only change printer settings directly through Windows, NOT through SocialBooth (do not use the Printer Preferences option in the Layout tab)
