Sparkbooth gives you two different types of layout options: square and rectangular
If you are unable to find your previously saved layouts, it could be because they were saved in the other layout option. It is important to note that each of these two options contain different unique layouts. When you edit and create your own layouts you must pay attention to which option you are working in.
